These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Creative Studio Chrome Extension and associated services ("Service") provided by Creative Studio ("we", "us", "our").
By installing the Chrome Extension or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Creative Studio provides a browser-based design tool for creating marketing creatives, primarily for automotive dealerships. The Service includes a Chrome Extension with a canvas editor, template library, AI background generation, and ad platform integration.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Free Tier: Limited to 5 designs per month with basic features.
Pro ($19/month): Unlimited designs, AI backgrounds, premium templates, ad platform deployment.
Agency ($49/month): Everything in Pro plus multi-dealership support, white-label exports, and API access.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial months.
You agree not to:
Your Content: You retain all rights to designs you create, images you upload, and creatives you produce using the Service.
Our Content: Templates, UI components, and the Service itself are our intellectual property. Your subscription grants you a license to use templates in your marketing materials but not to redistribute them.
AI-Generated Content: AI backgrounds generated through our Service are subject to OpenAI's terms. You may use AI-generated backgrounds in your commercial designs.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We provide support via email at [email protected]. Pro and Agency plans receive priority support.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your designs will be available for export for 30 days, after which they may be permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
